每支含2mg山羊IgG,包含5%蔗糖、5%甘油及20mM PBS(磷酸盐缓冲液)。
使用前,加入2ml无菌水溶解,即可获得1ml/ml母液用于后续实验。特异性
该抗体针对小鼠IgG区域。可能与其他物种的免疫球蛋白发生交叉反应。该产品为纯的IgG,未进行显色基团的偶联,客户可根据个人需求偶联检测信号基团,或者用于实验对照。

Background
QuaYad Biotechnology’s secondary antibodies are available conjugated to either an enzyme, biotin or fluorophore for use in a variety of antibody-based applications including Western Blot, immunostaining, flow cytometry and ELISA. Secondary antibodies are commonly affinity purified against immobilized whole IgG or against antibody fragments. QualitYard Biotechnology offers an extensive selection of secondary antibodies optimized for immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, and are labeled with multiple conjugates, including HRP, AP, biotin, FITC, PE, AF488, AF555, AF594, AF647, AF680. All these secondary antibodies are specific for commonly used primary antibody species.

Goat anti-mouse IgG is a pre-adsorbed, affinity purified secondary antibody raised in goat against mouse IgG.
Product
Each vial contains 2mg goat IgG, Contains 5% sucrose, 5% glycerol, and 20mM PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline).
Before use, add 2 ml of sterile water to dissolve, resulting in a 1 ml/ml stock solution for subsequent experiments.
Specificity
The antibody reacts with mouse IgG region. The antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Storage
Storage at-20℃. Avoid freeze and draw. Stable for one year from the date of shipment.
